All mosaics are one-of-a-kind and slight variations in colors
and patterns will occur.
Fees:
50% of total cost (price plus tax) is due prior to start of fabrication.
The remaining 50% of total cost is due at completion of mosaic
and before item is shipped.
My fees do NOT include installation of mosaics.
Cancellations:
All cancellations should be confirmed with Intertexture no later
than five days after placing original order. If the goods ship
and you fail to notify Intertexture as stated a 20% restocking
fee plus freight fees will be charged. All deposits are nonrefundable.
Claims
and Returns:
Claims MUST be reported to Intertexture within 5 days of receipt
of goods. Shipping damages must be reported directly to trucking
company and Intertexture. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance
of merchandise. Returned or refused merchandise is subject to
a 20% restocking fee plus freight charges.
